This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request assistance if an issue arises.

1. Warranty Coverage

All skirts purchased from Zentheriax are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty seams or stitching
  • Broken or defective zippers, buttons, or closures upon arrival
  • Fabric defects present before use
  • Incorrect item, color, or size received
  • Damage caused during shipping
  • Significant workmanship defects discovered upon delivery

If your item qualifies under this warranty, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or storage
  • Shrinkage, fading, stretching, or fabric deterioration resulting from use
  • Accidental damage including tears, snags, burns, stains, or pulled threads
  • Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage caused by sharp accessories, jewelry, belts, or handbags
  • Items returned with odors from perfume, smoke, detergent, or other substances
  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings or lighting
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items where specified

These conditions are considered normal product usage and are not manufacturing defects.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem
  • Your full name and contact information

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your warranty claim is approved, one of the following solutions may be offered:

  • Free replacement (same item, size, and color subject to availability)
  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

For approved warranty claims, any applicable replacement shipping costs will be covered by Zentheriax.

5. Warranty Timeframe

All warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after the warranty period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
